The NetID+ enrollment requirement for use with the UA VPN became effective on April 30, 2015. Since then, UA Information Security, the 24/7 IT Support Center and local IT staff have been fielding calls and helping customers. As questions arise, we are improving our content to assist the campus community in any way we can.
