If your IT staff installed Spider but NOT the UA-specific configuration, download and install the configuration zip file:
- Click here.
- When the File Download window appears, click OK or Open. A new window will appear.
- Double click on the full_scan.reg file. A new window will appear.
- Click Run. A Registry Editor window will appear.
- Click Yes. A confirmation window will appear.
- Click OK.
NOTE: This step must be completed before running Spider (Step 6).
