The United Nations will convene the first 2020 session of the High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) from 25th
- 28th February 2020 at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre (QEII), London - United Kingdom. The United Nations warmly welcome representatives from International Non-Governmental & Civil Society Organizations, Activist, Entrepreneurs, Economists, Administrators, Business Leaders, Manufacturers, Investors, Academia, Scholars, Policymakers, Researchers, Scientist, Religious Leaders, Community Organizations, Agencies & Institutions, Finance and Insurance Sectors, Multinational Companies, Individuals from the Public and Private sector to come and participate in the (4) four-day forum from 25th - 28th February 2020 in London (UK) to establish an inclusive and transparent intergovernmental process on SDGs that is open to all stakeholders with a view to developing global sustainable development goals. Aimed at reconciling the economic and environmental goals of the global community, and initiate a needed dialogue on the transformation of the international financial architecture, taking into account different national realities, capacities and levels of development and respecting national policies and priorities.
 
The High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development provides for the full and effective participation of all States Members of the United Nations and States members of specialized agencies. It was intended to be a high-level conference, including heads of state and government or other representatives and resulting in a focused political document designed to shape global environmental policy.
 
Date: 25th - 28th February 2020.
Venue: QEII Centre, London - United Kingdom.
Theme: "Empowering people and ensuring inclusiveness and equality".

The United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) will cover round-trip tickets for registered participant only. The QEII Centre, London, United Kingdom is the venue for this conference while the Lancaster Gate Hotel has been officially designated to accommodate all participants for this unique forum.
