11/14/16 Failed delivery for parcel # 8930482

UA Information Security received a phishing email report, where recipients are directed to click a link in order to view a delivery notice from USPS.

If you receive this email, please delete it from your inbox.  If you clicked on the link or responded in any way, please contact your local IT Support or the 24/7 IT Support Center (626-8324) as soon as possible.

Email text:

FROM:  USPS Shipments <EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED>
SUBJECT:  Failed delivery for parcel # 8930482

We tried but failed to deliver your package again today, because no one was present at the destination address.
On the delivery day, there must be someone present at the destination address to receive the parcel.

Delivery Notification : e-mail sent
To reschedule the parcel delivery, visit our nearest office, with a printed copy of the Delivery Notice Card.
