About Your SAM.gov Registration,

You are receiving this message because your SAM.gov registration may be at risk of expiring or may be out of compliance. Please call <PHONE NUMBER REMOVED> to confirm your file expiration date and complete a compliance review.

Please note: Non compliance in SAM.gov, according to the Federal Acquisitions Regulation handbook can be costly with fines up to $100,000 per reported incident. Call the toll free number listed here now at <PHONE NUMBER REMOVED> and speak with a Case Manager who will review your file to determine compliance.

Your privacy may also be at risk! If you are receiving this email, it is because your file is set to PUBLIC. The result is that you may be at risk for unwanted SPAM and other potential online threats. Discuss your privacy options when reviewing compliance with your Case Manager:

Toll Free: <PHONE NUMBER REMOVED>

Special Note on CCR Migrations: Many companies who were registered in the old CCR system has discovered the hard way that their SAM.gov profiles have not been populated (when it was time to get paid). This is because the migration is a manual effort that happens inside of your profile account. Your Case Manager can discuss this more.

Remember, without an active SAM.gov registration, your company may not be eligible for more Government funding or contract reconciliations. Call <PHONE NUMBER REMOVED> and speak with a Case Manager. They will confirm the status of your profile, review your compliance status, investigate your privacy settings, and other important details.

Thank you,
