UA Information Security received a phishing email report warning the user that his or her social security number has been misused and identity stolen. It then asks the user to click on a link in the email.
If you receive this email, please delete it from your inbox. If you clicked on the link or responded in any way, please contact your local IT Support or the 24/7 IT Support Center (626-8324) as soon as possible.

Subject: Unauthorized Use of your Identity
Use of a Social Security Number (SSN) allows you to officially report to the Social Security Administration that someone else is using your social security number.
- Your SSN has been misused.
- We suspect your identity was stolen.
- You want to leave a paper trail following a phone call.
It is important you view the documents attached with sign doc uploaded for your proper reviewing.
