9/22/15 Maintenance/Email Upgrading

UA Information Security received a phishing report, asking recipients to click on a link because of an email upgrade.  The headers for the email indicated that it originated in Cambodia and was routed through Australia.

If you receive this email, please delete it from your inbox.  If you clicked on the link or replied to the email, please contact your local IT Support or the 24/7 IT Support Center (626-8324) as soon as possible.

UA Information Security received a phishing report, asking recipients to open an attachment that is supposed to be a purchase order.  The email address looked to be from Vietnam (.vn at end of email address).

9/16/15 Subject lines: Acceptable Use Policy, Intruder, etc.

UA Information Security has received multiple phishing reports of a scam email appearing to be from the University of Arizona (sender reads UA Web Portal).  The sender asks recipients to click on a link and verify their accounts.  Different subject lines have been used, but the content of the phish is the same.
